Brian is a strategic and purpose-driven professional with experience improving operational, financial, and safety performance while driving organizational change. Throughout his career he has held a series of progressive leadership positions demonstrating solid performance managing profit & loss responsibility, motivating and managing improvements in processes & procedures, increased customer reliability and satisfaction while driving value to the bottom-line. He is known for building cohesive, high-performing teams and is passionate about improving organizational potential.
Brian began his industry career in the Gulf of Mexico working on offshore production platforms. He has extensive experience in leading operational personnel, business optimization, and implementing Computerize Maintenance Management Systems while supporting and improving business processes and procedures.
Prior to starting his new business, Brian served as the Technical Services Manager for Williams where he led a diverse team of engineers & technical specialist providing enterprise-wide reliability and performance expertise. His team delivered technical support on design, equipment selection, procurement, supplier management, installation & commissioning oversight, and startup for new growth projects totaling 220K horsepower & representing capital growth in excess of $200M in new equipment assets.
Before his time with Williams, Brian was General Manager of Access Compression, where he motivated and influenced change throughout the compression service organization (people, processes, systems, and customer satisfaction) during two acquisitions. With a compression fleet of over 350K horsepower, a team of 62 employees, and gross annual revenues in excess of $45M, his team delivered strong profit & loss performance and exceeding budget forecasted profit margins, while eliminating controllable waste and expenses from the business.
Brian spent significant time as an active participant in the shale gas boom across the Barnett, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Marcellus, Niobrara, and Utica basins.
